Being confused about your career can happen at any stage of your adult life. How do you figure out what you want to do when you grow up? You may be 60 yrs. old and still trying to figure it out.

Most people in their 20ís have significant confusion about what they want to do in a career.

I donít know the answer for you, but I do know it will have something to do with your passions and with your abilities.

Your career choice should reflect your passion as well as your gifts. Otherwise you are spending the majority of your life doing something that either you donít love or youíre not utilizing your gifts very well.

Find your passion. What excites you? What interests you? What would you do if you could do anything you wanted?

Find your talent. What are you good at doing? Where do you find success most often? How can you apply your gifts to your career?
